Transport choices can be complex. Solutions include land, maritime, air, and rail transport, or a combination thereof in multimodal transport.
Land transportation is often in concert with a second type of routing, post-transport, that can take the form of maritime, air, or, in rare cases, piggyback transport.
One transport solution for intra-Community exchanges that do not involve crossing a sea, is land transportation.
