One of the difficulties for a company wishing to cope with its growth, is the difficulty it meets in recruiting external skills. A company often finds itself in a situation where its needs are real but finances are missing, or where finances exist but external skills are missing.

E-1- Finance

One of the first objectives of this section will be to list several types of finance available which will help when recruiting.

E-2- Definition

A company wishing to export or import for the first time, needs multiple skills. It must find an associate with rare qualities. This person must of course have competences in the trade of the recruiting company, skills in the field of export techniques and finally, have competences in the language field. This person must also, however, be a good negotiator.

Most of the time someone with such qualities are not to find or are already employed elsewhere. A solution exists however; a solution that certain companies have chosen, and that is to privilege one or two of the above mentioned trades in order then to train the recruit in the other skills.
